He submits that the co-accused involved in the present crime is already released on bail. He further submits that except one criminal antecedent, there is no criminal antecedent to the applicant.

I have also heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by the learned counsel for the informant. Previous application moved by the present applicant/ accused bearing Criminal Misc. No.47703 of 2019 was already rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019. There is no change of circumstances in the present application warranting interference by this Court.
