====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-10-2020 Heard Mr. Bikram Deo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kalyan Shankar, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Town P. S. Case No. 241 of 2019 dated 03.04.2019 instituted for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(A), 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25291 of 2020(2) dt.01-10-2020 2/3 Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant who is said to have received simple injuries. Annexure- 2 has been brought on record in support of the aforesaid contention.

Some of the other accused persons of this case has been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court.

The petitioner though earlier has been made accused in several cases but in all such cases he has been granted bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2020 and in this case charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ms.
