31-08-2016 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar No. 1, learned counsel, who was assisted by Smt. Usha Kumari Singh, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Anand Mohan Prasad Mehta, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Rajesh Kumar Sinha, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of informant. Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016 registered for offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest. It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that there was case and counter case in between the parties and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31896 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 petitioners are having clean antecedent. However, learned counsel for the informant, by way of referring to the F.I.R., submits that there is specific accusation against both the petitioners. In view of allegation made in the F.I.R., I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
