Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354(B), 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner no. 1 tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and on protest by the informant, all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant, her father, mother and uncle Raju Yadav. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to dispute between the parties regarding the irrigation of land, simple marpit took place. Case and counter-case. The allegation

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 394 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
