ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of the deceased, is apprehending her arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.26 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation as levelled against this petitioner is only misconceived as the petitioner is an old lady and is suffering from various diseases. It is further submitted that the deceased died and information was duly given to her family for attending the cremation proceedings. Learned counsel further submits that since the petitioner is an old lady, she may be extended the

Considering the fact that general allegation has been made against the mother-in-law and there is no eye-witness to the occurrence and that the case is based on mere suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Akansha Kashyap, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S.
