The petitioners seek bail in Yadavpur (Jadopur) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

69 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from a boat and this petitioners were arrested on the spot. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 05.03.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
