The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of D.P. Act. Prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner has already been refused on 23.03.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.55252 of 2016 in connection with C.A.Case No.920 of 2013.
