JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Case No. 285 of 2018 arising out of Gangta P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, G.R. No. 1425/2018 for the offenses under Sections 121, 121(A), 386, 506, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of UAP Act. Allegation against the petitioner is regarding demand of Rangdari.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused, namely, Bihari Kumar and Ravindra Mandal have been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced

No.22254 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 other co-accused have been granted bail and the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 27.7.2018 i.e. approximately 8 months, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with Sessions Case No. 285 of 2018 arising out of Gangta P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, G.R. No. 1425/2018.
