The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No.133 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 392 of IPC.

Allegation is against the petitioner is that he was involved in robbery on the road side.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2019. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 01.10.2019, almost one year, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on deposit of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24822 of 2020(2) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 50,000/- cash. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No.133 of 2016, subject to deposit of Rs. 50,000/- Cash. The deposit of Rs.50,000/- Cash shall abide by the final outcome of the present Criminal Case.
