The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S.Case No.216 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 654B and 379 of the IPC.

There are altogether eight FIR named accused persons against whom, the informant has alleged that they used to torture and assault her whenever she demands share of landed property. The petitioner happens to be Gotani of the informant. In view of the aforesaid facts prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31201 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 P.S.Case No.216 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Naugachiya subject to the conditions as laid under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
