The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 432 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30 (a) and 56 (b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with 50 liters of Mahua liquor and he is in custody since 23.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.11.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
