The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 659 of 2018 registered under Section 20(B), (1), (A) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Ram Shakiya Sahani @ Ram Shakiya Devi has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24148 of 2019 on 15.04.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22968 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Patna in connection with Spl. Case No. 130 of 2018 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No 659 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
