Case No. 758/2014 instituted under sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 384, 386, 387, 392, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that a complaint was filed on 19-6-2014 in respect of an occurrence allegedly to have taken place on 15-62014, which was then sent to the police station under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and that is how the case has been registered.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar Singh, be enlarged on bail on
