JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the informant with Khurpi on his head. Learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that the informant sustained sharp cut wound over left side nose and eyebrow and after X-ray fracture of bone was found which was opined to be grievous in nature. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
