Petitioners are in custody in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 353, 427 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the instant case 30 persons have named in the commission of crime. He submits that petitioner no.1 has no criminal antecedent whereas petitioner no.2 is accused in Atri P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014.

He submits that in the instant case Ram Nandan Yadav, Birendra Rajbanshi and Ram Swaroop Rajwanshi have

Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail and the petitioners are in custody since 22.9.2018 and 29.9.2018, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Gaya, in connection with Atri P.S.
