The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40262 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some personal difficulty the petitioner has not surrendered before the Court below within a period of 30 days as directed by this Hon'ble Court, in fact the petitioner was admitted in the Royal Purnea Emergency Hospital on 02.01.2023 and due to this reason the petitioner has not appeared before the learned Court below within the stipulated time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26681 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40262 of 2022 is extended by two weeks from today. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
