2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 186, 406, 420, 419, 467, 468, 471, 353, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner along with his brother are said to have illegally and fraudulently sold the land of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner has filed a partition suit bearing Partition Suit No. 59 of 2022 in which summons have been issued to the defendants including the informant. He submits that there is land dispute between the parties. He further submits that petitioner has criminal antecedent as stated in para3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the dispute is purely civil in nature, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 361 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
