This is the second attempt by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail as earlier his prayer was rejected on 25.07.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 21876 of 2013.

Upon going through the materials on record and considering the submissions of learned A.P.P., this Court finds that nothing fresh has been brought on record for the Court to reconsider the matter.
