JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The petitioners are the father and son, who apprehend their arrest in relation to Khaira P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015, instituted under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 448, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is a case and counter-case in which petitioner no.1 got injuries, as recorded in the injury report. There are other cases between the parties as well.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41392 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
