2. The present application has been filed seeking regular bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 165 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he secured employment by submitting forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.02.2026 and has no criminal

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegations, the period of custody, and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 165 of 2025.

8. It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie in nature and confined solely to the adjudication of the present bail application. The same shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not, in any manner, influence the trial or any other proceedings. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Sanjeev/- U T
