Heard the counsel for the State.

Referring to the averments made in paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4, it is stated that admissible dues payable to the petitioner have been made on 19.02.2014. There is no rejoinder to the counter affidavit. The writ application prays for a direction upon the respondents to make payment of the work which has been executed/performed by the petitioner.

Prima facie, it appears the writ application has become infructuous. It is dismissed as such.

Dismissal of the writ application shall, however, not preclude the petitioner from ventilating his grievance(s) before the
