JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Beldaur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before Sri Pankaj Chandra Verma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria.

Considering the nature of allegation, in my view, it is not a fit case to grant bail in anticipation of his arrest. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks and seek regular bail where his prayer may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced to the order of this Court.
