JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner, faced with the issue of non-maintainability of the present writ petition on account of the same involving disputed question of law and facts, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy available to him.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedy available in law for payment of salary for the period during which he claims to have worked.
