The petitioner is claiming that she is a divorcee, but the State has pointed out that she has averred in application as a widow. Both cannot run together. As the petitioner has exhausted the alternative remedy, liberty is given to approach the competent authority, who will examine and verify the statement of the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.
