The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.09.2012 passed by learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Complaint Case No. 545C of 2011, whereby process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
