2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of iron rod, on account of which, he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the doctor has found the injury simple in nature. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.28365 of 2024(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
