1. Perused the letter of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna dated 10.06.2025, whereby it has been informed that the sole appellant of the present case, namely Lal Das Rai has died on 23.01.2023 and in support thereof, his death certificate issued on 02.05.2023 has also been enclosed.

2. We have no reason to doubt the aforesaid statement made by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, hence in lieu of the death of the sole appellant, the present appeal stands abated.
