JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-09-2020 This is an application seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing Barsoai P. S. Case No. 85 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections. 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP for the State has submitted that this is a case of the year 2015 and the investigation in this case must have been completed by now.

There is no material on record to indicate that

If at all the investigation is pending, the Investigating Officer is directed to conclude the investigation, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The aforesaid direction shall be implemented only if the case has remained pending at the stage of investigation.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
