JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Majhwalia P.S. Case No. 454 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2017.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran in connection with Majhwalia P.S. Case No. 454 of 2017.
