The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) A direction may be given to the respondents no.3 to 6 i.e. the District Collector, Siwan, the Sub- Divisional Officer, Maharajganj and the Block Development Officer, Bhagwanpur Hat and the Block Food Supply Officer, Bhagwanpur Hat for proper investigation in the matter i.e. Ration Card No. 10160070086026120026, UOCID No.

00000207 shown in name of Tetra Devi wife of Janak Chaurasiya, resident of village

Patna High Court CWJC No.6765 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 Brahmsthan, Panchyat Brahmsthan, Block Bhagwanpur Hat, but Ration has been withdrawn by the one Rahul Kumar Respondent no.7 with help of the Block Official using the Ration Car of the petitioner and petitioner is debarred to withdrawn the ration under the AAY Scheme and she is helpless after her husband death along with her children and she may be allowed to withdraw the Ration from her I.D. Card."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
