JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 This has come at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there are two accused in this case and they are responsible for depositing Rs. 9,63,295.50 by each of them. However, direction has been made by this Court by order dated 20.7.2017 to the petitioner to deposit Bank Guarantee for entire Rs.19,87,767.67 and, as such, modification of the order is sought. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel BSFC.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the said order, as the order has been passed after full hearing of learned counsels for the parties and petitioner may take help of other accused person in this case, in depositing the Bank Guarantee of Rs.19,87,767.67.
