The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials available on record and also because two similarly situated co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36421 of 2016 vide order dated 20.09.2016, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36476 of 2016 (3) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
