The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.07.2016 passed by learned 12th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Sessions Trial No. 71 of 2012 arising out of Rail P.S. Case No. 15 of 2011, whereby petitioner's application for discharge has been rejected. The case was initially registered under Sections 498A and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, but subsequently Sections 302 and 201 were also added. It is very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the charges have been framed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32143 of 2016 (2) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 Considering the present stage of trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions during trial.
