The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has been made accused merely on suspicion. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Petitioner is proprietor of Transport Company. The informant has alleged that she had given her truck to this petitioner, who is proprietor of Kranti Road Line Transport, four months prior to the occurrence. It is further alleged that co-accused driver Md. Naptulla and Khalasi Mantu have given threat to her two days prior to the occurrence that they are going to open the tyre, on which, the informant has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79811 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 stated that she knew the petitioner.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that truck has been recovered from Maner police station premises. Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City in connection with Bypass P.S.
