23.09.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved. Without granting any further adjournment, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 09 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur. However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Informant as earlier directed by this Court.
