JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH) 07-09-2022 By order dated 22.06.2022, a report was called for from the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, in respect of the appellant in Sessions Trial No. 127 of 1993/09 of 1993, arising out of Madanpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 1992, as to whether the appellant is alive or dead.

In pursuance of the aforesaid order, a report bearing Letter No. 338/L.C., dated 27.07.2022 has been submitted on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, stating therein that the sole appellant, namely, Brahamdeo Dom has died approximately four years ago.
