Petitioner was working in Government Kanya Upgraded Middle School, Jalalpur, Saran as Assistant

Patna High Court CWJC No.11198 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2017 2/3 Teacher but on account of some tension prevailed among the teachers of aforesaid school petitioner was deputed to Middle School, Bhatkeshari for the period of three months and subsequently, time to time the deputation of the petitioner was extended.

However, the grievance of the petitioner is that he had filed several representations before the competent authority for his transfer from Government Kanya Upgraded Middle School, Jalalpur to any other school but no order has been passed on the representations of the petitioner by the competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that last representation was filed by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran at Chapra on 24.11.2015 which has been annexed as Annexure-16 to this writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to file a fresh representation raising his grievance before the respondent no. 6 (The District Education Officer, Saran at Chapra) within a month from today annexing the copy of this order and if petitioner does so, the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of representation
