The petitioner seeks regular bail in Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 305/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379, 498A, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is Dewar of the informant.
In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he attempted to establish physical relationship with the informant and also attempted to commit murder.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2018 having clean antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Saran in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 305/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
