Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)/41(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
