04.09.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing Sasaram Modal P. S. Case No. 943 of 2014 dated 06.10.2014, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case is of the year 2014.

The investigation could not have remained pending for about six years. In case it has still remained pending, it must be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of

this order.

This petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
