Petitioner seeks bail in Bhorey P.S. Case No. 365 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 353/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner was arrested by the police along with Ajay Kumar. The police made search of this petitioner and recovered one mobile phone from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and Ajay Kumar are cousin brothers and they had gone to their relative's house on the aforesaid motorcycle, which belongs to co-accused Ajay Kumar.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 08.11.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 365 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
