Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 429 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story in short is that on 28.10.2019, the informant was coming with his bicycle carrying wheat and rice. As soon as he reached near Jagshala, Hajipur, the informant heard the gun shot noise and thereafter, sustained gunshot injury on his left knee. The informant has further stated that nearby people gathered there and told that three accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24314 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 persons were riding on a motorcycle and have opened fire and on seeing the crowd, the accused persons left their motorcycle and fled away on another motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2022 and the F.I.R. is against unknown persons and the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

This petitioner has 12 criminal antecedent.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application stands rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after he is granted bail in all other cases.
