The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kargahar (Barahari OP) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have thrown the rifle and fled away after seeing the police party. It is submitted that seized rifle belongs to this petitioner and he is having license of the said rifle in support of the same, annexed document which is at Annexure-2. None sustained firearm injury. Two FIR was lodged for the same occurrence and except that petitioner is not accused in any

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar (Barahari OP) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
