Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143/341/323/354/448/380/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35600 of 2021(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 and also taking into consideration the statement made in paragraph Nos. 13 and 14, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
