2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajivnagar P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable u/s 457/380 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
