This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Amarpur PS Case No. 37 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that in the instant case, out of the 10 accused persons five have been granted anticipatory bail and another co-accused, namely, Kitabi Mandal, has been granted regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 66003 of 2018 vide order dated 22.11.2018. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.1574 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail or regular bail, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ - (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur PS Case No. 37 of 2018.
