The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 01.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24671 of 2016 whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Kurhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 329 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur with certain conditions indicated in that order.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the son of late Sant Lal Sahani @ Gango Sahani, but in the original bail petition alias name of the father of the petitioner was not mentioned. Therefore, in the order dated 01.06.2016 passed by this Court, alias name of the father of the petitioner is not reflected. Hence, despite order of bail passed by this Court, the petitioner has not been released on bail till date.

After having heard the parties and taking into

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27096 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 consideration the averments made in the present application, prayer for modification is allowed. Order dated 01.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24671 of 2016 is modified only to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner shall be read as late Sant Lal Sahani @ Gango Sahani.

The present application stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
