The petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 33/2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The co-accused Abdul Ansari, Ajit Mehta, and Asagar Ali have been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court on 02.07.2018, 12.07.2018 and 27.09.2018 in Cr. Misc. Nos. 38491 of 2018, 41613 of 2018 and 59361 of 2018 respectively. The applicant also, therefore, is entitled for bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, cum
