The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S.Case No.121 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 420, 409, 201 and 188 of the IPC. There are altogether four accused persons who are said to be Panchayat Secretary who allegedly did not hand over the charge of merit list and roaster. Out of them three namely, Ram Kumar Pandey, Vinod Kumar Singh and Dilip Singh have been allowed anticipatory bail by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.03.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.5149 of 2017.
Considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29961 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 have been granted anticipatory bail. Prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bochahan P.S.Case No.121 of 2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJMcum-Sub Judge-XI, Muzaffarpur subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
