JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 15-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within two weeks of normal functioning of the court, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9335 of 2020 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 03.03.2020 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23247 of 2020(2) dt.15-09-2020 2/2 Misc. No. 9335 of 2020, subject to deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) by the petitioner in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department, but due to lockdown, the petitioner could not deposit Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court. Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) by the petitioner in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 421 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur.

Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 03.03.2020 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, the modification is allowed.
